From December to March is the greatest time to visit Vung Tau. During these months, the temperature is more pleasant and there is a little rain. d. Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) to Vung Tau by ferry boat

Taking the ferry boat or speedboat to Vung Tau is the fastest way to Vung Tau, which takes you about 1.5 hours. The price is around VND 200,000 to VND 260,000. The distance between Hanoi to Vung Tau City is over 1,700 kilometers and travel by shuttle bus takes over 30 hours to get to Vung Tau City. a. Back Beach
