PICKUP DETAILS

Driver will hold your name on the card. If you book the transfer from Noi Bai Airport, driver will wait at Arrivals Hall. Driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the time you select. If you don't show up within this time, service will be not refundable.

CHANGE & CANCELLATION TERMS

If you change/cancel up to 2 days in advance, you will pay 10 USD change/cancellation fee.  If you change/cancel later than 2 days in advance, you will pay 100% change/cancellation fee.

PAYMENT METHOD

All the Transfers in our network operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card (Visa, Master card only). Click here for secure on-line payment or click here and then print a copy of our credit card charge form . Once completed please fax the form back to us at (++844) 3927 4118.

Alternatively payment can be made by Telex Transfer via your bank, click here for our Bank Transfer details . As soon as payment has been received we will either fax or e-mail a "Transfer Voucher" to you using which ever method you chose to send us your details.
